She is sweet, charming, and can convince even the laziest person to befriend their oven for the day (or 30 minutes). Rachael has personality, class, and an obvious passion for what she does. Her creativness in the kitchen has resulted in a neverending supply of shows, books, even magazines. I can tell she has character and the hard work ethic it takes to make it. Rachael Ray is a great role model (plus my mom loves her)
